Industrial automation engineering jobs in St. Louis, Missouri — real work, real systems, real accountability.
StableCore is not a good fit for every engineer. We are a good fit for engineers who want to work on genuinely complex industrial systems, be accountable for the systems they design and program, and have their work judged by whether it runs reliably under real production conditions — not by whether it passed a code review or met a sprint goal.
Our engineers work across the full system lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture design, PLC programming, SCADA development, panel design, commissioning, and ongoing support. A StableCore engineer who has been here three years has designed, built, and commissioned systems they are still responsible for supporting. That continuity is rare in this industry and we believe it produces better engineers and better systems.
We are headquartered on W Florissant Ave in St. Louis. We do not have remote offices, and we expect our engineers to be on-site at client facilities regularly. This is field engineering work in the best sense: your office is wherever the problem is.
